My Mom's Potato Salad Dressing In a small heavy skillet, mix 1 whole egg, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Add approximately ½ cup vinegar and ½ cup water. Cook stirring until thickened. If desired, stir in ¼ to ½ teaspoon prepared mustard. Mix with mayonnaise as dressing for potato salad. Enjoy!
