Ordinances:

1. Ordinance repealing certain sections of Chapter 9 of the Troy code of Ordinances related to bicycles, tricycles and similar vehicles and amending other sections of Chapter 9 relating to bicycle registration and disposition and modifying an existing definition and fine related to play vehicles. (Doran)

2. Ordinance authorizing and directing the City Purchasing Agent or a designee to sell at public auction vehicles and equipment that are no longer needed for City purposes. (Walsh)

3. Ordinance approving settlement of certiorari proceedings instituted by various property owners located in and on the assessment roll of the City of Troy. (Doran)

Resolutions:

1. Resolution authorizing the City to participate in a Cooperative Purchasing Group comprised of the Cities of Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Troy, and the County of Schenectady for the purpose of achieving greater economy and efficiency in the purchasing of goods and services. (Walsh)

2. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Hudson Mohawk Industrial Gateway for the staffing and operation of the Troy Visitors Center of Riverspark, the Hudson Mohawk Urban Cultural Park. (McGrath)

3. Resolution authorizing the filing of the City of TroyÆs application for funds pursuant to the housing and community Development Act of 1974, the McKinney Act Emergency Shelter Grant Program, the Home Partnership Program and the Housing and Urban Development Revolving Loan Program and designating the Mayor as the authorized representative of the City for such purposes. (McGrath)

4. Resolution determining that action to approve the negotiation, execution and delivery of energy performance contracts and related lease agreements will not have a significant effect on the environment and directing that a negative declaration be issued pursuant to the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act. (Walsh)

5. Resolution of the City of Troy authorizing the negotiation, execution and delivery of energy performance contracts and related lease agreements with Johnon Controls, Inc. and Real Lease, Inc. (Walsh)

6. Resolution approving a home rule request for the enactment of a special law entitled "An Act to amend the tax law, in relation to extending the effectiveness of provisions authorizing the County of Rensselaer to impose an additional one percent sales and compensating use taxes and to repeal certain provisions of such law related thereto. (Walsh)

7. Resolution in support of New York State Assembly Bill No. A7733and New York State Senate Bill No. S4542. (Walsh)
