Local Law No 41 for the year 1997 electing a retirement incentive program as authorized by Chapter 41 of the laws of 1997 for the eligible employees of the City of Troy. (Stone) REFER TO PUBLIC HEARING 9/4/97
Ordinances:
- Ordinance authorizing and approving the sale of certain real property in the City of Troy. (Doran)
- Ordinance authorizing and directing sale by the private sale method of City-owned real property. (Doran)
- Ordinance amending Section 4-1 of the Troy Code Of Ordinances relating to possession of open containers in public spaces or vehicles and the penalty for violation thereof. (Pascarell)
- Ordinance amending Section 22-21 of the Troy Code of Ordinances relating to the authority and responsibility for the investigation of the applicants and issuance of peddlers, hawkers, and vendors licenses. (Pascarell)
- Ordinance establishing a Capital Project Budget for the Riverfront Greenway Trail - Monroe Street to Main street and authorizing the Mayor to engage such services and execute such agreements as may be necessary to effect construction of such project within the appropriations available thereof.
- Ordinance amending the 1997 Budget of the City of Troy to provide for the appropriations of funds received from the Federal GovernmentÆs Asset Forfeiture Program. (Walsh)
- Ordinance providing for the retention of Title Searches for the 1997 In Rem proceeding. (Doran)
- Ordinance authorizing settlement of claim against the City of Troy - Amerada Hess Corporation. (Doran)
- Ordinance authorizing settlement of claim against the City of Troy - David W. Fryer (Doran)
- Ordinance authorizing settlement of claim against the City of Troy - Christopher M. Drabik. (Doran)
- Ordinance approving settlement of certiorari proceedings instituted by various property owners located in and on the assessment roll of the City of Troy. (Doran)
