Local Law:

3 Local Law amending Sec.1 Paragraph (ii) and Sec. 3 Paragraph (a) of Article XIII of the Troy Code (Local Law No.1 of 1967) relating to partial exemption from real property taxation. (Doran & Mantello)

4 Local Law Authorizing the lease of certain portions of the Tibbits Avenue water tower facility to the US Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation for telecommunications purposes. (LaPosta)

5 Local Law authorizing the lease of certain portions of Tibbits Avenue water tower to Smart SMR of New York Inc., d/b/a Nexel Communications for telecommunications purposes. (LaPosta)

Ordinances:

1 Ordinance pursuant to Sections 9.02 and 9.03 of the City Charter determining that the paving, grading, repairing, reconstruction and resurfacing of certain public streets be a public improvement (Walsh)

2 Ordinance authorizing and directing the City Purchasing Agent or designee to sell at public auction bicycles in the custody of the Troy Police property clerk that are no longer needed for City purposes. (Pascarell)

3 Ordinance amending the 1997 City budget to transfer certain appropriations within the Public Safety-Police Budget for the purpose of providing funds for vehicle repair. (Walsh)

4 Ordinance transferring certain appropriations from the contingency account to the Public Safety office equipment account for the purposes of replacing a copier that is no longer serviceable. (Walsh)

5 Ordinance authorizing settlement of claim against the City of Troy - Jay Thomas Yaiser and Barbara Yaiser. (Doran)

2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement Onbank and Trust Co. to provide a credit card method of payment for the payment of parking ticket fines. (Walsh)

3 Resolution authorizing the City Clerk to pay election inspectors One Hundred Dollars for services rendered in connection with the conduct of the General Election to be held on Nov. 4^th, 1997(Wlash)

4 Resolution appointing Rel J. Teta City Marshal of the City of Troy. (Walsh)

5 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an intermunicipal agreement with the Town of Colonie for solid waste disposal by the City of Troy at the Town of Colonie Landfill. (Walsh)

6 Resolution authorizing the execution and filing of a drinking water state revolving fund application.(LaPosta)

7 Resolution determining that action to improve the City of Troy Eddy Lane Pump Station to provide power during a power outage will not have a significant effect on the environment and directing that a negative declaration be issued under the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.
