Unity House will hold its annual holiday party to benefit people living in poverty on Thursday, December 3, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Franklin Plaza, Fulton & Fourth Streets, Troy.

This year, Unity House will honor Troy Savings Bank for being a wonderful, loyal friend to Unity House. The Holiday Party benefits Unity House's Street Ministry program which serves people living in poverty.

The evening will feature a buffet, cash bar, entertainment, program displays and information. There will also be a small auction of seasonal items. Tickets to the benefit are $25.00 and may be purchased in advance or at the door. For more information, contact Bonnie Sklar at Unity House at 274-2607.

Street Ministry provides crisis intervention, advocacy, counseling, emergency food, clothing and housewares, housing assistance, summer camp for inner-city children, holiday food baskets and gifts, and a multi-service neighborhood center.
