Holiday Window Display Contest Results Boy, didn't downtown Troy look exceptionally beautiful this year! The street trees were decorated with lights on River, First, Second and Third. There were many storefront owners who put a great deal of pride and energy into transforming their storefronts into beautiful holiday displays. Also this year was the Adopt-a-Window program that was coordinated by Marcia Keefe, a volunteer at the Riverspark Visitors Center.
