RCCA: Call for Craft Applications Justine Russell 273-0552 RCCA: The Arts Center seeks craftspeople for its 34th annual Riverfront Arts Fest, the oldest ongoing arts festival in the Capital District, to be held June 19 & 20, 1999, Father's Day Weekend, in Troy's Riverfront Park . Craftspeople working in all media and fine artists are invited to apply for booth space. A panel of jurors will review your slides or photographs in order to present the widest variety of quality, hand-crafted items. The juried craft show and sale is a major attraction for festival goers, who number 35,000 to 40,000 over the two days. The large crowd can mean successful days for craftspeople and artists.
