Exhibitions

Aspiring Artists thru June 5th. Senior High School art students furthering their education in art studies. Two exhibits: Mixed media and Photography. Sponsored by CMERA, Hudson Valley Community College and the American Artists Magazine.

Beyond functional Art June 8th - July 17th. Reception Jun 25th 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Artists Regis Brodie, Anthony Garner, Jim Lewis, Peter Leue, Claude Terrell and Gary Zack. Also Myrna Charry - photographs. Artist Panel July 11th, 8:00pm.

Friday Nights

Pentimento Playback Theater June 11th at 8pm, $5 & $7.50 admission. Tell them your stories and they'll play them back to you.

Traveling Players - "Open Stage" June 4th ($ pass the hat donations). A talented group of singers, poets and musicians host an "open mic".

Cabaret Performances and Special Installations - scheduled monthly. If you have an act, a concept for an act or just like to act out - give us a call 274-8464. We have open minds and love the energy different creative voices bring to the gallery.

Workshops

Photographing Life Models June 5th 9AM to 4PM, $45. Indoors and outdoors: in the morning the models will be set up under hot lights and participants will be able to work with the model one-on-one. In the afternoon the workshop will move outdoors, weather permitting.

Life Model: Drawing & Photography, 1st and 3rd Saturday 9:30am to noon, $15. Facilitator: Larry Holle - call to pre-register.

Watercolors Saturday June 19th 9:30 - noon, $25. Learn wet-on-wet, dry brush and special techniques. Paper and paints will be included.
