- Ordinance authorizing the issuance of Special Event Vendor Licenses for the 1999 - 20003 Flag Day Parade Events (McGrath)
- Ordinance approving settlement of certiorari proceedings institutied by various property owners located in the City of Troy and on the assessmen roll of the City of Troy. (McGrath)
- Ordinance establishing a Capital Project to account for funds received for the Prospect Park/Mt. Ida Trail Project (Walsh & McGrath)
- Ordinance authorizing the purchase of lands for additional Central Business District Parking (Marshilok Lot) (Walsh & McGrath)
- Ordinance amending the 1999 city budget to authorie the transfer of funds within the 1999 City Budget to support the amendments to the Non-Represneted Employees' Policy regarding salaries for seasonal and temporary employees (Walsh & McGrath) - Vote on Resolution #7 before voting on this Ordinance.

- Resolution authorizing the mayor to execute certain agreements with respect to extending the interest free term of a loan made by the City of Troy to the Rensselaer County Council for the Arts (RCCA) on December 6, 1995. (Walsh)
