Bell Atlantic to Recieve Chamber's 1999 Van Rensselaer Award

The 1999 Van Rensselaer Award will be presented to Bell Atlantic at the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce annual Van Rensselaer dinner, to be held October 28^th at the Sunset Banquet House in Lansingburgh. More than 150 business and community leaders from the Chamber's Rensselaer Gateway communities are expected to attend. The event is co-sponsored by LaCorte Companies and Seton Health System.

The Chamber's 1999 Van Rensselaer Dinner will also include the presentation of the Edward H. Pattison Citizenship Award to James S. Millea, Jr. an attorney and longtime civic activist.

The event begins with a cocktail hour at 6pm and dinner at 7pm. The award presentations will follow dinner. Tickets to the dinner are $65 per person. For reservations and information, call Monica Simon at 274-7020. Black tie is optional.
