$5 Million Venture Fund Established T.S. Capital Corporation announced a new venture fund. At a recent meeting of the Capital Region Software Alliance Mr. Trainor gave a presentation describing the newly established fund. The Troy Savings Bank, a subsidiary of Troy Financial Corporation, has been licensed by the US Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) as a bank subsidiary. The new SBIC has initially been capitalized for $3 million. The bank is committed to adding another $2 million over the next 18 months.
