17th Annual Troy Victorian Stroll

That annual holiday tradition which transforms the historic streets of downtown Troy into a magical stage of song, dance and family enjoyment ... the Victorian Stroll ... is set to happen for the 17th year on Sunday, December 5th, 1999.

Troy United Ink is sponsoring The Fourth Annual Victorian Stroll Window Display Contest

• Best Children's Display
• Best Overall

We hope to obtain access to vacant store fronts and recruit community groups and individuals to ADOPT a window to decorate with holiday charm and compete for the above listed categories.
